Brewing a Barley Wine was on our wish list for quite some time, and here it finally is! A big fat American Barley Wine brewed with Italian Biscotti biscuits and almonds. The beer is dark orange in color, with marmalade-like flavours: rich, sticky, sweet, malty and bitter. The Biscotti biscuits and almonds give the beer a surprising twist. Part of this beer will be aged on fresh Calvados barrels, so keep an eye open for the BA-version!
