Knowledge is knowing rhubarb is a vegetable, wisdom is putting it in a beer. We’ve been wanting to incorporate rhubarb into a beer for quite a while, so here it finally is. This Imperial Fruited Pastry Sour is tangy, sweet and creamy all at the same time. Considering the high ABV, it’s still dangerously easy to drink.
